For deliveries within the UK, please allow seven working days for delivery.
Customers placing an order prior to 1pm on a working day and selecting the '24 Hour Courier' delivery service can expect delivery the following working day.

Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as it's possible they have already tried to deliver your package, but were unable to.
If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Services an e-mail at sales@weddshop.com and we'lll take appropriate action.

Statutory Rights
Cooling-off period
By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item's delivery to you. This applies to all of our products. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio and software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please package the relevant item securely and send it to us, with the delivery note marked "contract cancellation", so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of it from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that except for the item's normal postage charge.
